Shipping
We ship anywhere in the United States via USPS and UPS. Most orders ship USPS Ground, with shipping rates calculated at checkout. If you're in a hurry, you can upgrade to UPS 2nd Day shipping at checkout.
Fueled by iced coffee, we hand pack every order ourselves, and most orders leave our shop within 24 hours. UPS 2nd Day shipping may not be available for oversized items, including flagpoles and oversized flags. Please note that expedited shipping applies to transit time and does not reduce production time for made to order items.
If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to help.
Returns
Wrong size? No problem.
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or simply need something different, we're happy to help. Return shipping costs for these types of returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned in new condition and cannot have been flown, installed, or otherwise used.
Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange. If there is a quality issue with your custom order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
If we made a mistake, sent the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged or defective, we'll cover the return shipping costs and make it right.
To get started, just send us an email with your order number and a quick note about what you'd like to return. We'll get back to you with the next steps as soon as possible.
Refunds are typically processed within a few business days of receiving your return, though your bank may take a little longer to post the refund.
International Shipping & Returns
We offer international shipping on select products. Available shipping methods and carriers will be displayed at checkout, allowing you to choose the option that works best for you.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these charges.
Customs duties and taxes are non refundable. If a shipment is refused or abandoned because duties and taxes are not paid, original shipping charges and any return shipping costs will not be refunded.
To help avoid delays, we strongly recommend providing a phone number that can be reached by customs officials or shipping carriers if needed.
Customs processing may delay delivery beyond estimated transit times.
Returns
