Domestic Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping: We can ship anywhere in the United States via USPS, rates are calculated at check out. We also offer 2 day expedited shipping via Fedex for a flat rate of $15. *Excluding flagpoles and parade sized flags. If you would like to expedite your order please contact us directly.

Returns: You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We will cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, most refunds are processed more quickly. 

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond promptly with instructions for the return process.

 

International Shipping Policy

When ordering from outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for ensuring the product can be legally imported and must comply with all local laws and regulations. International shipments may incur import taxes, customs duties, and fees upon arrival, which the recipient must pay. Pride Flag SD cannot predict or control these charges.

Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused due to unexpected fees, original shipping and return charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for details. Customs clearance may also cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.

To avoid delays, we strongly recommend:

  • Providing a reachable phone number for customs clearance on your order.
  • Not refusing shipments or ignoring requests from carriers regarding duties and taxes, as most will hold shipments for five days before returning them.

We do not refund original shipping charges for refused deliveries at customs.
