We're here to help.

If your flag has not been flown, washed, or otherwise used, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or would like a different flag, just send us an email and we'll walk you through the process.

If we made a mistake, sent the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged or defective, we'll cover the return shipping costs and make it right.

Custom orders, personalized products, and flags that have been flown or used are generally not eligible for return. That said, if there's an issue with your order, please reach out. We're a small team and we'll always do our best to find a solution.
