Pride Flag SD is an LGBTQ run company located in San Diego, CA. Authenticity is important to us and we work closely with our customers to create flags that represent them. What size flag do I need?

We offer a variety of sizes:

-2' x 3' and 2.5' x 4'  Perfect for carrying in a parade or putting up inside

-3' x 5' and 4' x 6'  These larger sizes are good for flagpoles or outrigger poles 

-5' x 8'  This is our largest flag, it's visible from far away, great for a business or on a big float


How do I take care of my flag? / How long will it last?

Our flags are all machine washable, we recommend a gentle-cold cycle and then hang dry. If you are hanging your flag on a wall we recommend steaming the flag or ironing it on a low setting. If you are flying your flag outside in a moderate climate your flag should last an entire season.

 What materials are the flags made out of?

Our flags are made from 200 denier Nylon. This material is water proof and weather resistant. The fabric goes through an extensive dyeing process that includes a UV coating. The headers of our flags are made from canvas and finished with brass grommets. The flag colors are equally bright on both sides of the flag. All of our flags are hand-sewn and the flag edge includes 4 rows of stitching. 


What are your shipping and return policies?

We can ship anywhere in the United States through USPS. We are also currently offering a flat rate of $8 shipping per order, for any size order.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
